Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 2 weeks to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item and packaging must be in the resellable condition - unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The fees will be deducted from the approved refunds.

Return shipping cost will be at the buyer's expense. Please use registered / trackable post with secure packaging because we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us here for any question.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us directly.
